Reblock...resize?

When a hat is reblocked, can it be resized as well? I have two hats that are a size too large for me. One is an Akubra that has a SLIGHT amount of taper in the crown (it's brand new). It's not enough to bother me, BUT, if I can kill two birds with one stone that makes it more worthwhile.

Recomendations on who to do it? :?: Jimmy at JP design is lookin' like a good candidate!

I'd recommend Jimmy to do the work. Downsizing is not a problem in a reblock. Upsizing is when it can get a little dicey, but I believe you're in good shape.

Drop JP a note and see what he says.

I was just about to ask something similar, so I'll put it here. Does anybody have experience with resizing an AB up one size?
