I have a raiders jacket with the so called smaller raiders pockets as per agent5's specs.
The size of the jacket is 40R and I really have a hard time with them. It's difficult to get my hands in.
Now I have another raiders with the standard pockets and they work great. When I compare the jackets from 3 feet away, it's hard to tell which is the one with the smaller pockets.
I don't know why you guys are all obsessed with the small pockets and the so-called smaller raiders collar. The collar in Raiders wasnt smaller than the one offered by Wested now.
Where did you guys see that the pockets and collar were small? cause I dount it.
Somebody post a pic.

What smaller pockets?

I would think that if the collar and pockets do not scale with the size of the jacket it would be hard to tell.
A size 48 jacket with the same size collar and pockets is going to look different than a size 36 with the same stuff.
At least that's how I would assume to think about it.
I'd like to see some pics as well. But list the jacket size and type to get a full comparison. I'll take some pics of mine later.

I measured my G&B and compared it to my Wested....
The starting point is the same length. It's just the neck part where it's a couple mm bigger. It's not that big of a deal, but to some it's a big deal.
Pockets, I could go either way. On my first Wested, which was a 46R, I used to be able to fit a DVD in the pocket. With my 44R Wested, I can't. That was the only advantage I could think of for getting larger pockets as it's just a junk storage.
