Akubra delivery time
Hello Chaps.
I've finally bit the bullet and ordered a Akubra Fed, now i'm getting a little worried that it wont arrive in time for Halloween.
I placed the order last saturday and the nice lady said that it would take 5-10 days. Just wondering how long it's taken for other people from the U.K. to receive theirs.
Ta very much

Thanks for the info, it took 9 days. It arrived this morning, talk about cutting it fine! Now comes the fun part, the bash.
As for being in Dr Who/Torchwood country, it *****! You can't even go to the pub without some bloody cybermen walking past and ruining your evening out. Although i do like to play spot the bit of Cardiff when i watch it.

Yep, they're pretty accurate in delivery times. In the span of two weeks, I ordered two different hats. first one took 8 days, second one took 4 (with express delivery).
The hat is, as you said, very easy to bash once you wet the felt some. I didn't even use steam -- just a spray bottle and letting the hat dry did the trick (and no worries about shrinkage either).
