nice collection nammann. do you prefer cracking the 8 footer or the 10 footer? whats more fun? i have an 8 foot and am contemplating getting a 10 foot. i'm about 5' 6" in height if that makes any difference.

I prefer an 8 footer over a 10 foot if i were to purchase another whip online or make another whip myself It would be an 8 footer, with your arm fully extended your adding about another 2 feet out in front of you which reaches around 10 feet plus the length of the fall so your looking at around 11 feet when your swinging it around but that is just my opinion. It is good to experience different sizes of whips though, I made a 6 foot bullwhip and its pretty nice to throw around but you have to watch because it might come back and get you behind the ear if your not use to a shorter whip.

Great collection you have there, and very nice pictures, Thanks for posting them. You know next time I'm in Nashville I might want to crack those whips!
