Weather cooled down, broke out the jacket today!

Post by nevrwhere »

It finally cooled down to the mid-low 60's today in Cleveland, so I was able to bring the jacket out. Boy did I miss it!

I know how you feel. I'm able to bust mine out during the evening temperatures hre in Cali. I missed it, too.

Last Thursday and Friday were good though... too bad we've got these Santa Ana winds going. Hopefully they'll go away soon. I really gotta wear my jacket. Right now it's on my bed all crumpled up, but I'd rather it be on my back draping nicely.

OH BOO-HOO!! It's too hot to wear a jacket waaaaahh

I've been in my Wested for about 3 weeks! Today is cold and rainy and will be for the next few days. Sure, it's great to be able to throw on the Wested, but I'd rather trade 'jacket weather' for Summer Car weather!

Oh but I prefer the colder, rainy seasons anyway. I've liked them more since before I got my jacket. I hate the summer! As long as I get a break every once in a while so I can practice with my bullwhip, that's fine.

Well that's easy for you to say Gater, living in Ottawa. I imagine it gets cooler there quicker than Cleveland. I was in North Bay in August and was able to wear my jacket in the evenings even then. In Cleveland, with the humidity in the high 80-90% and the temps near 90, you can't wear the jacket from about May through September usually. I do like car weather sometimes though, although I don't have a cool ride to go around in. I drive a Saturn sedan.

I actually brought my jacket out a few days ago too. After some introductory sanding and taking a shower wearing it, I wrinkled the sleeves a bit and adjusted the collar. Going for those accordion-like ToD wrinkles... those are uber-cool, as VP stated once.

So it is true... Midwesterners do talk about weather a lot.

I've been in my Wested for about 5 weeks now :S As much as I love my jacket, give me a tropical beach with a hammock and some Vino any day of the week!

Cheers
