Post by Toldog07 »

I just recieved my NH Items, and they are awesome...they definetly scream indy every time i look at them. As for the shirt, it IS indys shirt. The color is right, the material looks just like it does on screen. Blows westeds Shirt out of the water!!

Toldog, congratulations.

I too have the NH shirt and pants and I love them!

BTW, which type of pants did you get? The Raiders or Temple of Doom/LC?

Sorry, couldn´t resist.

I would love to see pics of the NH holster. I´ve never seen one. Is it the S&W or the Webley holster?

I have a pair of Wested trousers and both of Noel's trousers (Raiders, TOD/LC). The color of the Wested trousers is not as dark as the Raiders trousers and not as light as the TOD/LC trousers.

My Wested was (to my opinion) very dark.
I sent it back for replacement because it was the wrong size.
Still waiting to receive.

Will post pictures here when received.

What size shirt you wear? Medium?

I like the color of your pants. It's the right screen accurate color.
My wested pants are brown. Can you believe that? Brown?

I 'll post some pics for comparison.

I like the color of your web belt too. I got mine from soldiercity. It's a little darker.

nope the shirt is large...it must have been an old shirt of noels because it still had the MBA costume tag on it but the pants have the NH tag. I saw someone else say that their shirt had MBA tags on it too..he must have found a few old ones, or had some left over in large.

About the web belt, i also got one from soldier city but i wanted a distressed buckle so i got noels. I am very pleased with it.

i am doing more distressing to the holster too to give it more of a screen accurate color because it comes looking orange-ish.

I have a pair of two year old Wested pants and I just received a pair of Raiders pants from NH last week. It is obvious that they are the exact same color, the exact same weight, the exact same Cavalry twill, and sourced from the exact same manufacturer. I took both pairs to the Finger Lakes Summit this week so everyone that was interested in these two brands of pants could see for themselves.

actually in that pic all i did was wipe it down with a rag! when i got the holster it had a waxy build up on it, so i got a wet rag and soaked the holster and it came out looking like that! then when it fully dried it was a tan color so i applied pecards to it so it would darken some. I will post another pic of what it looks like now. i am going to do some sandpaper-ing soon.

Definitively more Raider-ish flaps... the movie versions seem to have sharper edges though.

if only we wanted this stuff right after the movies were released...we would probobly all own a pair of original pants, shirts, jackets, and hats since no one else wanted them at the time. #### us!

we'll never get things exactly screen accurate and if we do, they wont be by the original maker. *****...

yeah i love the color of my pants...i just have to find the time to take them to a taylor! The flaps could be a little more pointed but i'll deal with that..hopefully no one is studying my rear that much anyway lol
