...which is why I like it  If the hat wouldn't be put together like they do it currently, that extra crown high would make it easier to reblock to a more straigh sided crown...

Though so. No that I know that my HJ is actually from the Indy era (thanks to Dakota Ellison), it's a keeper even more...

That is a nice HJ! But I just wanted to say... Marc, and Steve as well, and probably a lot of people here... I am just givin ya a hard time, not trying to be a jerk, but the taper? Oh yeah, instead of a 90 degree, verticle edge, gee, that sure is a TAPER! What, I guess, it's off by maybe, 2 degrees?

You guys make me crazy sometimes, I understand the excitement of getting the hat dead on, but, I mean... Come on...

Luv Mikey :)

P.S. Look forward to feedback, cuz, yeah, the taper bothers me as well, but...

yes there is a small taper, but if you look right ( difficult with the bad pics ) there is no tight pinch, no raiders look. it was as i received it.
Im still sure the original has small tapper, well the one i ve seen has ( depend of the shape )

Imagine that, will ya? It doesn't look all that tapered, to me.

That is a nice hat there. I know you are wishing you hadn't sold it now. Your new HJ looks nice too though!

Have a good day!

Thanks guys !!

yes i think it's not too tapper ! if i had shape it correctly at this time, it will never had any tapper... ( even if i can see small tapper on the hats used for the movie ). Swales told me, and i remember that very well, it was the same as he did for the movie...
