Young Indy Gear

Post by Kodiak »

I'm sure this has already been posted, but I can't seem to find it anywhere, so if anybody has a link to other Young Indy Gear threads please let me know.

I'm looking for pretty much all of Young Indy's gear from the YIJC TV show, but especially from the "High Adventure Years" section. If anybody knows about any of this gear, please help me out. As far as I've gotten so far all I know is that he wore Chelsea boots.

Thanks,
Kodiak

If anyone is ever interested in one of his suits, please contact me. I'd love to do one of these WWI era suits, especially the navy-blue pinstripe single breasted, peaked-lapel jacket he wears most of the time.

Kind regards,
Magnoli

Absolutely! ;) I've already been approached about doing some reproduction military gear. Most military jackets or tunics would be priced in the same range as my suit jackets ($220-$250). Unless, we make it more shirt like (lighter material, no lining, etc, etc) in which case it'll be more in the $80-100 price range. E-mail or PM me for details.

Kind regards,
Magnoli

Draw up a sketch and email it to me. You have my address. If I can see the basic design you come up with, I can decide whether I want it lined or unlined, lighter or heavier material, ect.

OK, Tony I have an Orig. YIJC Austrian uniform costume jacket and helmet worn by SPF in the Northern Italy July 1918 episode where he helps deserters across the lines. I'll work on sending pics if you'd like.

I looked into doing these reproduction uniforms and it's certainly "do-able", but at a cost. Regardless of material, lining, etc (the things I was trying to cut corners on to cut costs), any tunic of this style (circa WWI) will be priced as a jacket, and extra features may up the price even more. Basically you're looking at $300-$400 per tunic.

Kind regards,
Magnoli
