The Old Fasioned Way

This may not be the best method, but the prop master on Raiders had Harrison sit, hit, and stomp on the fedora to give it a worn look, and hence the one you know today.

On a more serious note... it would be interesting to see if somebody could recreate that look with this method - albeit not with their AB, but maybe with a cheaper hat like an Akubra. I don't think it would work with a Dorfman but I suppose it's worth a shot.

I sit on my hats from time to time. :P Well, done so muiltipple times, throw them around, played with it, and believe it or not, I am actualy getting happy with the look of the hat. I can see several raiders aspects of it. I'll post pics later.

Indiana Dan a.k.a. Rick Blaine sat on, stomped on, and basically beat the tar outta a Keepler Fedora a couple years back. It actually got very soft and pliable. Basically, he beat the stiffner all outta her. It was a great lid. Not sure if he still has it or not thou.
