Results of the tweaked blocks

Post by Fedora »

I know I told you guys I tweaked the block on the Raiders hat. Probably can't tell much of a difference, and I can't see it right off, but it is there. Ignore the purple color of the hat. I shot this outside and it shows up as a purple hat on my monitor. It is brown, not purple.

This one here is a 7 5/8 sized hat, and I thought it looked so good I had to show it off. Just wish the color was correct. This is the same block shape that I sent out west. Now, with that said, if you bought a hat from me, in a 7 1/8, 7 1/4, or 7 3/8, prior to the Ford fedora, your block is just like this one. I changed the other sizes to match, as the blockmaker had not replicated the smaller and larger sizes as close as he did the common sizes. Very close, but not exact. Regards, Fedora

Oh, man! I ordered a 7 5/8 hat and this one looks so dang beautiful.

I'm sick I think - I've had 2 dreams about getting it in the mail.

I dunno Steve - I think your earlier ribbons were better at the double bow...just like this one:

Your new ribbons don't stick up enough...No offense intended, just an observation.

#-o Yeah, I changed them per 3M$ observation. The good thing is, if I get the contract, everyone else will have to copy mine!! Thanks! Steve

It's your White Balance that is set at yellow light instead of natural sunlight.

Nice hat by the way.

Yeah, I was going to say check the white balance setting on your camera. Is that table really blue? That might have thrown the camera off. (though there's a white chair over there...hmm...)

But, yes. Good looking hat as usual. Looks like it has a bit of mushroom to it and everything.

Yours was larger, between a 7 5/8 and 7 3/4. But, yours is flying over the oceans as we speak. Regards, Fedora

Oh well, it's a good looking hat anyway.

I didn't realize my head had gotten so big. Must be all the science filling it up.

Best Regards,
