dillards pants on clearance. UPDATE- I PICKED UP SEVERAL!
The 'close enuff' Indy pants are on sale at the Dillards store for $9.99. I don't know if it is on the website, but I found them IN the store for that much. In the 'saddle' color as well. Plenty of sizes available. These are actually the pants I have on in my picture with Karen Allen in that thread. I've had those for some time now, on plenty of hikes and are still in great shape.

Really!
Wow, that is a good deal. I doubt their listed on the site anymore. I checked a while ago and they weren't on it.
Dang! Blues got me a pair a while ago and it turned out they had a rip in the lower pant leg that he didn't see when he picked them up from the store. I was hoping to buy another pair but then they ran out of my size!

They're really good Indy pants for $10.00. Thanks, TR.
HA! I like the little rewrite of that particular scene, very funny!

I know that Tone has some of these pants, so he knows what size he wears. He most likely wouldn't be ordering two different sizes unless he was ordering for him and someone else.Pitfall Harry wrote:Actually, I think he was.
Seems to me that he is talking about sizes of pants to fit other people....there were only remnants of odd sizes. - None of which were the specified sizes I know people have been looking for.
TR, did you see large amounts of common sizes? 34X32s? 36X34s?
Hey Tone, if you are trying to get some pants, you better clear this up, quick.

Please keep to 1 pair each for now,if there's dupes, your welcome to more if you want 'em after everyone gets a choice

Remember you can alter these easy if they are close to your inseam. I still have a couple more stores possibly to check out for other sizes. I'll just return what doesn't get taken, so no biggie

Good score, TR!! You're a good man and an asset to the site! (bet you never thought you'd read THAT here, did you? )
aww, shucks,,
Also, if anyone is interested, they had lots of the flat front versions, too. I just grabbed all the pleated. If anyone wants those, let me know, I'll grab some flat fronts, too.

Since nobody else is really grabbing these I would be interested in taking one or both of the 34x34's. I have a few questions though. Just from looking at these, do they look like long or short 34's? I know that this is an odd question but some pants run shorter or longer in the same inseam. Also do these pants have cuffs? Thanks.

TexasRaider,
You still taking orders?
I'll take those two pairs of 34x29s if still available.
Let me know and I'll PM my address.

I'm still miffed that there aren't anymore 36x34's floating around somewhere. I really like these pants and the color and I have looked everywhere for something similar and I can't find anything. They have Docker's with the pleated front and the pocket flaps but the color is just a slightly darker kaki.
If I want some more Indy pants I may not have a choice unless I spend a lot more and get some from L.L Bean or something.

Whew, Indy45, ya barely made it! I'm returning these pants on Tuesday, so yes, both are yours if you want them PM me and we'll get the details. I'm mailing the first pair out on Tuesday as well (sorry for the delay, couldn't make it to the P.O.) ..
Gator, there were plenty of size 40 waists, I just didn't pick them up. If you want, I'll check when I return these and grab em if they are 40X32 .
Let me know!

Which ones are those. They must have slipped under my radar. Have a pic of them or the name brand?

Pitfall, I went in there looking for another pair for you, but... no luck yet. My wife is going to check the other location as well, but when we got the original pairs.... your's and Indakin's were the last two in that size then too. There is always hope, so I will grab them if we see them

Thanks for keeping your eyes peeled for my size. Do you know what Wal-Mart pants TR is talking about?

Pitfall, it's these- sorry for the slow response, just checked in

They are excellent pants, just a quick alteration to add pocket flaps.(buy a couple inches longer for the extra material)
The second pic is of them (right) next to the famous L.L.Bean pants in taupe.

Hello, all.
I'm a total newbie here, been into Indy since the films first came out but have just started getting into the gear.
I'd very much like to get on board with these pants.
I wear a 34 or 36 waist, depending on the brand. How do these run? My usual inseam is 32, but it seems to me that Indy's pants are a little long on him (or is it just that the cut of the pants is rather baggy?).
Anyway, I've been scouring the net looking for inexpensive close-enoughs for some time now, so if there are any left that are my size, please let me know.
Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. It seems, at this price, foolish not to "stock up" so I might as well get two pairs.
If possible, please pick up a 36x32 and a 34x32. If they have both available, I'll consider it strong motivation to continue pursuing my weight-loss diet. Otherwise, two 36x32's will be fine and I'll just wear them a little baggier when I do lose the weight.
Thanks very much for your efforts in this. I'm hoping that going to Dillards is not too out of your way.
