Is this a Browning hi power derivative?

Ok I admit it: I know nothing about guns. Hey, we don't see them that often over here! With the lack of good hand ejector airsofts available here I thought I might try and find a Browning Type airsoft. What do you guys think of this:



Is it the right type or am I completely off?

Been meaning to post something similar for a while myself, this is a
rather more expensive alternative for the UK market (air pistol).
The Weihrauch HW45 (or Beeman P1 in US).

I beleive that is a copy of a CZ75 or CZ85. The CZ75 is probably a refined Browning action. At one time it was considered by many to be the 'best' hi-cap 9mm around.regards,hanson.

Hanson is right, that is a CZ copy. Templar, here is a better version of a Hi-power air soft. Tanaka makes them. It's more what you are looking for

Thanks TR, that's a gas version and very nice, unfortunately so is the price. In the UK they want about £175/$300 for it. Anyone know about any spring versions out there?

I think I'd still go for it, Templar. That's as 'bout as close as you can get to a real gun over there , they really are a blast to shoot, not to mention inexpensive ammo and the co2 costs hardly anything. Not to mention it's spot on for an Indy gun,,rough it up a bit to age it,,there ya go! You can set up a good (and I mean good and solid) target right in your living room if you want and shoot away!
