A few days ago I finally got around to ordering some Pecards. I ordered 6 oz. of regular Pecards and 4 oz. of brown Pecards. Whan the package arrived it contained a small can of shoe oil and 32 oz. of regular Pecards. The invoice inside showed that I had received someone else's order, it was supposed to go to a guy in Rhode Island. Turns out that he ordered directly after me so there was only one digit difference in our invoice numbers. I think the address labels got switched.
The good news is that after I called Pecard it was sorted out in a couple of minutes, excellent customer service. They are going to send my real order out today. I even get to keep the stuff they sent me in error since it would cost too much to send it back. So now I never have to worry about running out of Pecards any time soon because when this is all over with I'll have 38 oz. of the stuff.
