Although, isn't Indy's shirt based on the India's British officer's shirt? You don't a lot more military than an officer's shirt.

...where did I read that?

You know, I was going to point out where we discussed this before, but I can't find it. I wonder if the thread was lost.

I know...just dare VP. Here, I'll try it..."I bet not even VP could find it."

Okay, that oughta do it... 5...4...3...2...1...

I like the cut of these shirts and have looked a some similar in other places but they always seem to have the badge tabs or badge holes on the chest. I don't mind wearing a uniform looking shirt but I don't want to look like a mall guard off duty.

Here's another idea for a cheaper "Indy" shirt. Even though these are basic white I still think the "pilot" shirt would be a good alternative to spending alot of money.

Yes, I have the Todd's shirt, but I purchased directly from WPG, the supplier.
It is a good fitting shirt for me, but I like shirts that are roomy. The sleeve lengths are accurate. I hang mine to dry. If you use a dryer, I would by an inch longer.
I also, iron my clothing. Like, Hem, I'm a neat "Indy!" The shirt takes considerable ironing to make it look good. The cloth is fairly substantial.
My next shirt will probably be a Magnoli or a Wested. I'm not sure when this will be. The Magnoli, I understand , is lighter weight for warmer weather.

Hope this helps you,

Regards,
