Looks like Last Crusade. Wonder what that hat would look like turned?

Correct - this is the "What are you doing? Get down!" "Dad, we're well out of range" scene.

A terrible bash though.

actually there's a scene on the bonus DVD where Spielberg Ford and co are getting ready to shoot the well of souls scene - and Fords hat has the top dent pretty much pushed out - it's the scene where Ford suggest "lets reconsider the whole thing!"

Is that the Special Features that these shots came from or the 5th disk you could get from Best Buy at one point?

That's the regular special features where the discuss the making of the trilogy. There's quite a long bit about the well of souls, and you see them moving the snakes around, Harrison helping. His hat isn't really open crown but much of the centre dent looks like it's popped up.

Heh, maybe that's soon after Marion trys to climb up his back soon after she "meets" the cobra. She mucked up his hat pretty good (for a second) in that scene.

Isn't there ANY total open crown pic of the hat from the film, behind the scenes, making of etc? No one?

Not that I know of. The first screen shot I posted (1st on the left) is about as close as you could get to seeing the open crown shape I'd say.
