Fed Delux Vs Regular

I have a quick question on the Fed delux vs the Fed Regular, its the band or bow on the Delux of higher quality and is it darker?

(It appears so in the hatsdirect pictures, but it doesnt mention a ribbon color for the Delux, I'd rather have a black ribbon or a darker ribbon, and the regular appears lighter...)
