I had a dream about my jacket...again

Post by Mr. Das »

I can't find my old thread, but it was years ago and it was also about my jacket getting messed up, if I recall.

This time, my dream was about me riding a bike on a sidewalk and wiping out so bad, I ended up on the street and the bike, ten feet in front of me all mangled up. I was worried too much about the scrapes and bruises I had, but more so about my Wested. I didn't take off the jecket to analyze it, but I remember looking down at the cuffs and seeing it completely destroyed. I also remember regret and even mulling over getting an Authen. Goat. Maybe my subconscious is telling me to either trade in my Lamb, or get a Goat to compliment my lamb  :D .

I know, it's all crazy talk

I'd say that's a sign from the gods, Mr. das.

Get both jackets :)

Your jacket is saying to you, "No cheese for supper for you."

I think your jacket is saying it's the bike or it, you must choose now. The jacket hates the bike, it is it's mortal enemy.

I do dream analyses from time to time. Your dream is an obvious case of fear of loss. In this particular case it's about your jacket.

I'm just asking myself (okay, I'm asking YOU!), what Freud would have said about such a dream ...

Are we open to discuss all of our dreams here?

The dreams that really freak me out are the "Search Dreams," where I'm looking for something vauge that's suppose to have greater meaning for all. And just when I come close to finding what it is, it changes.

Yes... all the while I'm dressed.

There are other details, but they're just too freaky to get into.

The dressed part means you are confident about yourself. If you are naked you are unsure about yourself and your body.

The search dream .. it mostly means that you are searching for something, it is the need to find something that is missing or needed in your life.

Or of course you may be searching for a solution to a problem.

i'm assuming most of you have had the dreams where you are falling and then wake up before you hit? i'm curious to see if anyone else is like me and has slept through the hit?

i normaly hit the ground fall through the ground and end up in a huge underground cavern full of snakes ( i just relised how indy that sounds lol) anyway not until then that i wake up, kinda freaky though.

I had a great one once, flying into a small airport in Austria I think, I had a friend who had never been on a plane before and was a little shaky.

Anyway, it was an early flight. We'd had to be on at the airport in London about 5 am so I did an Indy as soon as we go onboard, I pulled my hat over my eyes and went to sleep. Had the weirdest dream, the last part was the boulder rolling towards me a la the opening of Raiders!

Just as it was about to hit I woke up, and we landed at that instant! I must have translated the landing sensations into my dream, and my friend was gripping the armrest in fear "How can you sleep through that!" he said! :)

It's your spirit that is doing astral traveling, and really falls back into your body. Actualy quite interesting.

The other night i dreamed I was wearing my fedora on the set of WWII movie, and they insisted that it was cowboy hat no matter how many times I told them it was a fedora, and finally they made me lead the entire cast of the movie in a sqaure dance that turned out to be a flourishing success until my dog came in and had gotten her tounge peirced...

(no joke, I really really dreamed this... but what could it MEAN?)

Edit: in the dream, they said squar dance, but I beleive the actual activity was more of a line dance...
