They "finally" arrived!

Post by Captain D »

Hey all!

My Wested, Indy pants, finally arrived after almost 2 1/2 months of waiting! :D

I wish that I could snap a few pics of me wearing them, but they look great (even though I don't have much of a butt to show off with, lol)! Even though I asked that they be left unfinished, they came already hemmed. But that's OK, they're perfect length anyhow. I've seen a few pics of the back pocket flaps, and the pair that I received today "appear" to be a bit more "scalloped." So, perhaps Wested is now making the back pocket flaps more scalloped for screen-accuracy. 8) I recently bought one of TAG's web belts, "Raider's style brown" (before he closed up shop) to go with these pants, and it all looks perfectl!

All in all, they are great pants and yes, worth the wait!
Kindest Regards,
Captain D

Thanx Canyon! :D

Yea, hopefully at the next summit that I attend we can all snap some pics of each other and I can show some of my gear  . One of these days, I gotta invest in a digital cam....

I really think the Wested pants are incredible. Congratulations - I am happy to hear about the back pockets being a bit more scalloped now too. I may just have to get a second pair myself.

Hey all & thank you for the replies!

Yeah, Santy Claus came a lil' early, but I dunno how good of a boy I have been this year though, lol, ....

The pants feel pretty close to a 34' waist. I haven't had much time to measure exactly just yet because of final exams for this semester. I "probably" could have gone down a slight size, but I tend to always wear a size up in my jeans cuz I prefer a "loose" fitting. I think I read somewhere that the Wested pants come a lil' smaller, so just to be safe, I went with my normal size 34' waist. I'm glad that I did because they fit me "very" well and they have a lil' bit of extra room in the legs, which I like. For the past few weeks, I was getting a lil' nervous there for awhile, but they're not too baggy nor too tight, they fit just right :D . Wested makes great trousers!

Thank you again for the replies!
Kindest Regards,
Captain D
