In my surfing of the web, I noticed that one vendor offered a shirt from WPG.
The sleeves are super long on a large, but could do.
I was wondering if anyone has experience with this shirt and your take on it?
Other suggestions and links are soooo welcomed.
Best, Prof. Ed
Does anyone own the WPG shirt

Thanks for the tip and the fine links. Sounds like the WPG shirt will do me fine.
I'm 5'10" and around 185-190 depending on the day. 44R, right off the rack.
16.5 neck and 34 sleeve. Usually, I need a button extender for the neck, after a shirt is laundered.
I'm afraid that a 17 might just be too big. As far as 2" shrinkage in the sleeve length, that might be perfect.
I wonder if the neck shrinks on this one , also?

The WPG is HUGE. I'm 6'2", 200 lbs, 44 chest, 34 waist and 17 neck, and the Large is so big that it billows out all over no matter how hard you tuck it in. And it's so short for a guy my height (ironically, about the same as Indy) I was thinking about using DuctTape to hold it in. I even spent $20 to have it tailored, which helped a bit, but the sleeves were still so big around the armpits that it looked really stupid. Seriously, unless you have a 45"waist, it'll fit terribly. The fabric, however, is great, exactly the texture and wrinklyness that you'd expect from such a shirt.
Just got a Wested shirt not too long ago, and for my measurements a Large is too tight, both in the arms and across the back. Consider ordering a size up. But, it looks a LOT better, just like it did in the movie. It's a nice tailored looking fit. The fabric is some kind of cotton, but it feels more like a polyester blend and doesn't have the soft wrinkly look that I enjoyed about my WPG.
Would that you could combine WPG fabric with Wested's pattern........

Check this thread out, only a short click away!
(Had I seen this before I ordered my Wested, I probably would have done this!)

I'm still loosing weight, but still retain my McDonald's belly...
So, what I'm trying to say is the WPG shirt fits me rather well. I enjoy the material (once washed and AIR dried, no dryer or it shrinks) - is a great Indy shirt, very naturally wrinklely and Indy looking. It does have the extra pleat on the back (not screen accurate). So, if you're like me, and have a little extra in the waist, it's a wonderful shirt. Otherwise, it may be a bit baggy in that area. Hope that helps a bit too.
