Yeah, most tailors or places that do alterations will do it for $20.00 to $30.00. Some dry cleaners even offer the service. Shortening leather sleeves is easy. It's trying to lengthen them that's nearly impossible, as you'll always have the crease from the original hem and the holes for the stitching.
