Alden color?

Anybody have a pic of the new alden color? Just want to know what to expect when they get here. Illinois

Any recent picture you can find is pretty accurate i.e. post pumpkin colour. If you look back into "General Gear" it's full of pictures. In fact "Scrapbook" has a topic called "Gear" with 5 pages to it. Go to the bottom of the third page, it has a picture of Bufflehead at the bottom and the colour of his Aldens is as close as anything. Sorry I couldn't figure out how to do the link.

Thats the current color of the Aldens. I think the pumpkin color has been gone for a pretty good while.

It is better than the pumpkin, and a few coats of pecard dressing and they will be great. Illinois

Yea, I've put three coats of kiwi polish on mine since I got them in May (I think) and they have darkened nicely.

the Aldens I recently had for sale were pretty new, they were bought back in may.they have a reddish brick color to them.
