Too cool...

In planning on how to most effeciently raise money for an Adventurebuilt, I left out the birthday factor. With the money that came in due to that in the past week, I'm over two thirds of the way to the mark for a beaver AB! The money is all stashed in an envelope, hidden in a book in my room....awaiting that momentous day. :D

Well done! Two thirds is really getting there!

So, what AB do you plan to order, the rabbit or the beaver? I hear they atre both very nice! I've only seen the Beaver in person (on Pagey) but it looked to be a tremendous hat. I tried it on, naturally.

I want to get some real field use out of the hat, so I'm saving for the beaver version. I plan on asking Steve to give it a Cairo bash. :)

Pretty soon, beaver will be the only choice. The rabbit will not be available much longer.

:D Boy that sounds Great. 2/3 the way. Thought I would let you know, AB
has a lay away plan. You can pay as you go. When it's paid Vala!! You got your AB. Fedora..

Do anything! Beg Mom & Dad, Brother, Sister, Aunt, Uncle, next door neighbor, etc. (within legal limits)...I'll work for whatever you'll pay, (within reason).

Sounds great to me!! I say, if your going to buy a good one get the Beaver.
It will out last the rabbit. As you know Beavers live most of their lives in, or around water. Their fur has a natural ability, to shed off water, because of the tightness of their fur.
You will be very happy! Just have alittle patients. It is well worth the wait!
You will enjoy it years to come! :D

Have a great day!!

There's nothing more appreciated than something gained which you had to work and save dilligently for. That's how I got my first AB. You'll be so proud and happy with it once you get it you'll never want to take it off! It's good to see folks who really work to save up for their gear. Good luck!
