I have never seen a framed one before. When i turn the frame i can read on the bottom of the Lighter:

wow, I'm jealous!!! what a lucky find. Props, framed for such a low price. I wonder if the seller got straight about what he is selling there and how expensive these things can be...

He did not have any other props. It seems to be stuck down, but i can prise the top open and it looks like a lighter. So i know its not just a metal case. LOL!
