Any pics of US wings vip

Post by Walker »

Hi all,
I like the look of the wings VIP on their web site. I've also read some posts claiming that the leather is great. Anybody have any pics that could provide more insight into how it looks on someone?

I really like the VIP leather. I've owned several Indy versions over the years, and currently own one of the A-2's in the VIP. Very soft cowhide (taken from the belly of the cow, and French sourced), and immediately drapes to the person's body right out of the box.

Just a very nice material, and one of my personal favorites of the vendors offerings.

When it was first offered, the very first jacket made in the VIP was given to Harrison Ford's agent.

Thanks Michaelson,

Any remarks on how the VIP leather will age/naturally distress?

The VIP's I've owned (and own) are not as shiney as the other received leathers, so that's not something you'll have to be concerned about. As to distressing or wear, I've not had them distress to the point that folks LIKE them to distress, so I really can't answer that question. I allow my gear to age naturally, and use Pecards religiously on my leathers, so it's not a question I can address. Sorry.
