Keppler S&W HE2 Prop Gun Price Difference

Did my post regarding the price difference between the Western Stage Props Catalog and what Lee sells the prop gun for get nuked? All I wanted to know was if the HE2 in the catalog was RUBBER not resin and that's what brought on the HUGE price difference of $49.95 vs. $80 (what I paid for it). Any ideas?
