Are my Aldens lost?

Post by Erri »

I bought some time ago (in August) a pair of Aldens from a COW member, they arent arrived yet and i start to get worried a bit. I don't trust postal offices at all.

Does anyone of you know some loooooooong time delivery stories that could confort me a bit? ..like don't worry i waited 4 months for my Aldens

Anyway by now i try to stay calm and don't panic, i never really panic!... i'll start to panic after 14th October

First of all contact the seller. They get them to contact the postal service for you

Don't panic yet. My mom bought some stuff from a person in England. It took a few months for the items to show up. In fact, both my mom and the seller thought they were lost, then one day the showed up. So don't panic just yet.

Maybe the Aldens are on a island full of mysterious creatures and stranded with the 48 Survivors of the oceanic flight #815...

Summary: Dude, They are Lost

Aw, go ahead and panic. Won't do you anythingbut raise your blood pressure and give you stomach problems, but if you feel like it....go for it! :D

I'm sure they'll pop up at the least expected time.

High regards! Michaelson

If it wasn't sent Airmail, it could take 2 months. If the seller replies to you, ask him if he sent it via airmail. Did you get postal insurance on it?

Actually if it's insured, there may be a limit on how long you can wait to find out what happened to them. Do you have the guy's phone number? Or can you PM him here or email him?

Confirmed...I was sending something to Sweden the other day, and Airmail was 4-5 business days, and non-Airmail was 4-6 WEEKS (and they said possibly longer) from the US. For $3 more, I figured I could worry for a month less.

If it was sent the cheapest method possible, it may take 2-4 months. I've experienced this myself when sending packages overseas. There is also no real way to track them which is a drag.
