new whip holder

Post by whammerjammer »

In a recent post from Kim Flugel (aka K on the Run, dated July 26), he posted a pic of a whip holder that he made for himself. I was so impressed with it that I contacted Kim an asked if he would be willingy to make one for me. Kim was most abliging in my request, and went as far as to send me a chart of leather colors that would best match my somewhat new Adam Winrich bullwhip. It arrived today from Denmark. Not unlike the whip that Adam made for me, the holder is outstanding. I couldn't be happier. As trivial as a whip holder may seem to some, the two go together like a hand and glove. They really accentuate one another. As I made this forum aware of my gratitude to Adam for my whip, I want to extend the same to Kim for my holder. Thanks again Kim. Very well done.

Best Regards,

I'm glad that it arrived and that you like it.
It was a real pleasure to make it and to do business with you.
I hope we meet some day, I'd like to try that Winrich whip of yours.

Best regards,
Kim

You can find several nice pics of Kims whip holder in his post dated Tuesday July 26th entitled: My new>>CRACK<<Roberet Duke whip. The cost was $25.00 which included shipping from Denmark.

Thanks Spooky.
I'm glad you liked it. :D

Swindiana.
The color is not the same, it is a bit darker now. I had to buy some more leather and they couldn't match the color.

Indy_Railok.
As Jay said:$25 incl shipping to the US.

Please remember that I did not invent this design, it's merely a small change to the "original" made by Benjamin Scott.

he also makes this great variation:

Wham and K;
Thanks for the info. It looks very well made indeed. And you would probably need a locksmith to make the whip drop unwillingly from the looks of it. ;)
