Or trim it up, then burn the end with a lighter. That's what we do with climbing webbing.

My belt is old and I've never had any trouble with it fraying. :-k

yup its fraying but at this point it is fayed about half way down the belt so I am getting new ones. I just needed some info so I could possibly keep it from doing that in the future.

In italy i can find web belt with silver buckles EVERYWHERE!!!! But not one with brass buckle :evil: :evil: :evil:

Erri, I can't find real brass in the UK either. An army surplus store here suggested looking for some French buckles.
