It looks like an old English Chesterfield to me. Usually, you see them in black, but I think this is what it is. The velvet colllar is what makes it a Chesterfield.

I did a google on chesterfield, found furniture and clothing shop, I can't see any original designer or a webpage about them. Do you know of anything?

yes, I was slaving away searching...no just joking, I just typed "Chesterfield coat velvet collar" in at google and only searched through about 5 pages. (I also tried it substituting "jacket" for "coat".)

That looks even closer actually. The velvet colar on the first one was kind of small compaired to the screenshots.

Marcus' is double breasted with peaked lapels, right?(kinda hard to tell from the pics, it could just be a single with peaked lapels)

I've been thinking of getting a covert coat for my own purposes anyway and happen to have been shopping around looking for one.

The two most famous vendors of covert coats are Cordings, which I showed, and New & Lingwood:

We need to find a source in the states, the exchange rate would kill most people's idea about getting one of these.
