Love the speed bag. Alot of fun, especially when drunk. Can you do it with the elbows yet?

I think you are the first with the speed bag. The hat looks great.

I believe there are photos of Michaelson in a meat locker wailing away on a side of beef with Sly Stallone looking on in amazement. :wink: :D

PJ - Were your gloves broken in yet? Just wondering how hard that was on your hands...seems like a good way to rub those knuckles raw!

Those gloves are pretty broken in. I usually work the speed bag bare knuckle or with handwraps on. I have found that the Indy gloves work great for hitting the heavy bag.
