My first peice of Indy gear was a Peter Bros Hat wich was a gift. I thought I would stop there. Then Bufflehead took me on my first summit and I had a really good time. Then the next thing I knew I was with Bufflehead again on my way to the Canada summit. I have since bought a LL Bean shirt and some close enough for my budget boots. I'm looking forward to ordering a whip soon. #### Bufflehead and IndyGear.com got me hooked so I might as well try and get it all. Really can any of us have enough toys : I have even started planning the Indy area for my new home theater. Pics of the theater will be posted when its done. I'm even adding framed pics of the summits I attend. Thanks Bufflehead for finding yet another way for me to spend my money Oh and for those who didnt know it was Bufflehead who got me hooked on the whole home theater idea. But then again what are friends for.

VERY true. 'Obsession' has nothing to do with the acquisition of 'stuff'....it can easily be a specific item or detail. For example, 3K has been chasing the Raiders hat details for years. Regards! Mine was a cheapo whip when I was a young kid. I've had it for about 17 or more years. Around the same time I also made some rope whips to swing on.
The hat was given to me by my dad just after I joined COW.
My first modern gear (after getting on here) was my Fed. Delux, then a better whip (but still cheap), then Jacket, then bag and strap, shirt...etc. Now I've got a Paul Nolan whip coming next week! Looks great!

Yes I do! I guess I meet your definition of obsession since I pretty much become obsessed with anything to do with Raiders. Especially if it's something new. I usually have more then one thing going on at all times and it does get hard to keep up, but never get's old or boring.I'm pleased you still have the 'spark' for it, agent5. Regards! Michaelson
