Method of payment for Davod Morgan

I contacted David Morgan's company to ask the cost of shipping of a whip and they refused to accept VISA from Europe. Has it happened to anyone else or is it just me?

He only accepts small, unmarked bills with non-sequential serial numbers. Come alone and don't even think about being a hero.
