Well here they are as promised. My new fedora to get me started in the hobby. This is a fur felt Dorfman Pacific that my sons gave me for my birthday. I used the Indygear "wooden spoon" tutorial to re-bash the crown. While not abused it has now seen alot of use and is holding up very well. While I know there are a few who may frown on the DP I have to say it so far has been a great starter fedora.
Enjoy the pics,

Thanks guys ,
The shirt didn't show very well but it's a Faded Glory conversion I did. My 11 year old daughter is demanding photo credits. So here it is - "photos by Johanna"

I think that you did a very good job on the re-bash. I couldn't see any signs of the old bash. I also thought the wall in your pics was cool. It looks like a wall from the Civil War.
Thanks Buff, When I began taking out the teardrop bash you could see an out line. I dampened it with a cloth and gently brushed the crease with a soft bristle toothbrush to raise the nap and it came out perfect. Then I completed the bash.
Glad you all like the fence. I've been building it over the last 3 years. Got about 120 feet done so far with another 30 feet to go. It's 3 feet high and 3 feet wide. Funny you'd mention the Civil War. We're building a CW Museum here on the 67 acres of property.
Johanna says thanks to all of you.
