New Guy

Post by DavieM »

Hi, I'm new to the forum but have been interested in bullwhips and Indiana Jones stuff in general since I was about eight years old. My first whip was a fairly cheap Spanish cowhide bullwhip which took a lot of punishment I can tell you, but sadly I've had to lay it to rest.

Anyway, just saying hi.....

Hi Ken
Thanks for the welcome! I live just outside Glasgow - nice to know that I'm not the only Scot who has been bitten by the whip bug.....

Hi Dave ,Welcome to the board, and the world of whip-cracking. I'm from Fife and if you'd like to get in touch, please don't hesitate.

Hey Ken,hows it going? I'm guessing you're back from Africa. How did it all go? Remember,I've still got your books, and how's the new Morgan doing?

DavieM, welcome to Club Obi Wan! :D

Always great to see new members here. Lately, we've had a new influx of people joining from the UK.

I visited Glasgow and Edinburgh last year and had a great time. :D

Just ordered an Adam Winrich IOAB bullwhip. Adam sent me a picture of the whip and it looks a beauty, can't wait to receive it...

welcome to the forum. I'm also new here and was able to attend 2 summits so far. My first was to Gettysburg and the second was to the Canada summit. Try to make it to at least one if you can. There are some wonderful caring people on this forum and i'm looking forward to making some great friends here. Hope to see you at a future summit. Enjoy! :D
