Looking for Indy gear source in Europe.

Post by Sakis »

I live in Europe and I'm looking for a place to purchase a shoulder bag and a pair of Wells Lamont gloves. What do you think about Noel howard for the bag? Does anyone knows about a place that sells the gloves?

Sakis - welcome to COW! :D

Unfortunately, Noel Howard is out of business since a couple of years back. There were rumours about his possible comeback as Indygear provider, but so far - nothing.

As far as the gloves go, I'm afraid there are no Wells Lamont or Midwest retailers in Europe... correct me if I'm wrong here, folks.

However, there are reliable US sources available. You could always post a "wanted" thread in Classifieds.

Again, welcome! Enjoy your stay!

What size do you take in gloves?

Thanks there Pagey for pointing out the site.

Just to let everyone know, there are a couple of new additions to the site, available now,
but awaiting an update of the site for images.

The first and most significant change is to the colour of bagstraps and whipholders. We now
have a die that matches much more closely the dark brown colour seen on screen. This colour
will be available across the range of items shortly. This will be default colour.

Also we have a new adjustable whip-holder, that has a snap that really won't come undone
until you want it too, so no more slipage issues. This item also happend to look really great.

I'll post more when the site is updated, but in the meantime you know where to keep watching

So, a couple of years out of business huh? How informed am I? Anyway, I would like to thank all of you guys for welcoming me to this forum. I've decided to enrich my Indy outtfit and I thought that this is the best place to start off.

Ken: My size is medium. What do you have in mind?
Luisiana: I checked that spanish site and I saw the bag. Is it realy a MkVII? Have you purchased it yourself and if yes it any good?
VP: Yes.
