Raiders gray, now a stock color.........

Post by Fedora »

I called to tag in on the next run of the brownish gray and was pleasantly surprised when the President of the company offered to keep some on hand for me!!!!! Man, what a great felter(and fellow) to do business with. :D I will stock it in pure beaver and also pure rabbit. He will have my inventory ready in 3 weeks, and then I will be able to get them as I need them. Just wanted to post this because several folks were wondering when I was gonna be able to get some more in. Looks like now it will be one of my stock colors. I will still offer the charcoal too, for those who like non Indy fedoras, and who like the darker grays. regards, Fedora

Excellent news. I have been dreaming about a light gray "Last Crusade" Venice Pier scene hat for a long time. This felt seems perfect for a hat like that.

So, it sounds like you'll be ready to start offering these in June. I am sure a lot of folks here will be happy to here this excellent news! \:D/

Yeah Bink, go take someone else's wallet for a while. You make it hard for anyone around here to save any money.

Fedora:

Could you please post a couple of close up pix of the gray body and the ribbon you use?

My navy suit is calling.

Aye, is there a photo you can show us comparing the charcoal to the lighter grey?

Sounds like I may be looking for something between charcoal and the gray-brown standard.

I'll look forward to the pix.

Thanks as always.
