Luisiana Jones goes Adventure Bilt! :)
It just arrived today, it was waiting there for me in my room, I opened the box and I saw the best Indy hat I could have ever imagined, it was just amazing, I put it on and it fitted perfectly, I put Raiders on and I was wearing the exact same hat, I had never felt that with any other hat, nor mine or friends.
Thanks a lot Fedora for your patience with my bank probs! Great customer service you got
I know you all know that but I still want to say it one more time, I recommend every one of you that wants to get an Indy hat GO AB!
Ps. Pics will be posted throughout this week!

Let's see those pics!
Congrats on the new lid, Luisiana!
I've been checking all the options out, and I'm cracking under the pressure! The general consensus seems to be that the AB is the only way to go! Gonna take me a minute to get the dough together, tho.
Looking forward to seeing some pics!

The raven bar's front pinch is a litlte different the idol grab and Cairo hats. There is also a little more curl in the brim.
A pic is worth 1000 words.

The idol grab looks like it has a tighter pinch then the raven bar, doesn't it?

If you like the raven bar bash, then go with the raven bar. I like the Cairo myself.
I like all of the hats in raiders!

Congrates on the new lid my friend, wear it in good health, I Love my AB.
I had Fedora start out w/the scene when Indy was on the fendor of the truck but it didn't come the way I expected, oh well a little steam and all is well. When I have it reblocked, I'll have Fedora do the Idol grab scence as well as I've always loved that hat.
Oh yea I guess I should get on the train, Pics when you can my friend.

Excellent choice, AB's are indeed hats to be proud of owning and wearing. Can't wait to see your Cairo bash pics. I recently received a Raven Bar bash AB from Fedora and could not be happier (I'll have some pics up when I return from my current business travels at the end of the month). I am actually already planning my next AB....

I can think that mostly is about the use of light on the hat... try to take pics with light coming from different positions and you will see in pics "different" hats.Indiana Croft wrote:Yea it sure does have character, but it didn't look like that when it came to me, I don't fault Fedora one bit. He gave it a great shot but it just didn't make it.
