I only post occasionally here these days, but thought the above event might be of interest to members in the UK. More details below:

1st British Whip Cracking Convention - 4th June 2005.

All welcome, from complete novices to seasoned performers. A chance to meet other whip crackers, share knowledge, show off, and generally have a good time. Various workshops throughout the day, including complete beginners; and an informal competition. All ages welcome - under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.

Venue: University of Wales, Newport - Caerleon Campus Sports Centre
Time: 10.00 am - 5.00pm
Price: £12 on the day or £10 if you pre-register. Concessions available.
