Raiders gray with black ribbon
Seems like the black ribbon brings out the gray in the hat, instead of the brown undertones. But, with that said, the hat still had a brownish tinge to it, but the pics did not pic it up. Here it is. http://public.fotki.com/Fedora/hats/rai ... _with.html Fedora

That's so hawt. Could you make a hat like that with a somewhat lower crown and a loose-ish teardrop bash? This is the kind of hat I was talking about when I sent you that e-mail about 30's and 40's "work hats".

Raiders Gray with the Brown Ribbon
I'm the proud (and lucky) owner of one of Fedora's new Raiders Gray with the brown ribbon fedoras and, no doubt, it is the most beautiful hat I have ever seen. (And I've seen a few) That color combination with the brown undertones in the gray and the brown ribbon just go together...that's all there is to it. I've got it bashed more like a typical hat of the 30's rather than the true Indy...I wish I could send along a picture, but I haven't learned to do that yet...Just a note to keep the juices flowing.
