That looks like a Joe Strain whip, designed by Mark Allen. I believe that US Wings has some sourcing agreement for "some" of Mark Allen's whips. This would be interesting seeing if US Wings have inventory of the ever diminshing Joe Strain whips out there. Hmmm... Maybe it's time to give Sarge a call....
