There were some really bad storms that went through Mississippi last night, and I was wondering if he's ok? Anyone? Regards. Michaelson

Alright, I'm talking with Steve now and he's okay. They've got storms around, and may see some big ones today, but if a tornado comes his way, they've got an underground storm shelter to keep safe in. He says it's tornado season there, so it comes with the territory. Unfortunately, his shop ISN'T underground, so pray no tornadoes come through looking for hats!

What do you think I KEEP in our storm shelter? I may let the wife and kids in, but only if there's enough room.... Regards. MichaelsonIndiana Jess wrote:Michaelson, ya better do what Ken tells you. I would recommend sending all of you Indy and coffee related paraphernalia to me for safe keeping. just until the stormy season passes.

Some do actually have storm shelters. Most folks go to inner hallways or bathrooms and get down inside their bathtubs. Yes, a lot of folks dies due to these storms. Not as many as there use to be, due to the better storm warnings we get, but still, folks get killed in just about every big storm that goes through. Regards. Michaelson

We're not going anywhere. We'll be muddy, but we'll be around. Heck, we couldn't get rid of Fedora the LAST time a twister his HIS town, and he got hit over the head with his overhead garage door!!!
Looks like we just got the rain this round...had between 2 and 4 inches fall around our county, but the really rough stuff passed just south of us, so we're ok.
Your concern is much appreciated. We're just entering our storm season down here, but we're good at hunkering down.
Regards. Michaelson
