Pattern for the bag?

Post by K on the run »

Well I have caught the gear bug (thanks indygear!), one Fed Deluxe, one Wested jacket and one 10 feet whip on the way from US.
Now I am looking for the bag and have found some on ebay but they seems a bit pricy, specially when I still need boots, shirt and pants. So I have decided to make one my self but I can't find any patterns.
Does anybody have a pattern for the bag?
Also all info you might have on the fabric, buttons and other details are welcome.
I guess the special buttons on the side of the bag would have to be hand made , what are they for anyway?

I like whatpriceglory's "special offer"

MK VII BAG AND LEATHER STRAP - $39
MK VII BAG ONLY WITH FREE LEATHER STRAP - $39
LEATHER STRAP ONLY WITH FREE MK VII BAG - $39

A good sense of humour will get you a long way.
I have been browsing there and almost bought one,
but I like to fiddle with these things.
Should my "get the schematics" plan fall through
then I'll probably buy one from him.
Thanks

Thanks James. I'm searching ebay every now and then,
but with three children good quality time on ebay is
a luxury seldom found. Just getting control of
the keyboard is a small victory.

And thanks to you to, Sheffield Jones, the threads looks good.
Before i know it I'll have to oil the sewing machine
and get down and dirty with my domestic chores (:

Thanks guys
