My Adventurebilt has arrived

Post by Strider »

Hello friends,

Today when I heard the package being dropped off in front of my door, I knew exactly what it was. I opened the box eagerly, and pulled the hat out of the box. It looked beautiful. As has been said, it loses some of its shape during the shipping process, but it's not like I (or any of us) can't fix that. A little steam can make it a dream .

Quality: Excellent. The fit is not too tight, but not too lose, and the felt is very pliable and shapeable, especially the brim. It's much easier to grab and handle. It feels so smooth, almost like silk.

Again, there's so many good things that have been said about this hat that I don't need to repeat, I just want to second them. It is an awesome hat. I'm sure with a little good old fashioned wear and tear, it will become just as personal to me as my eyes. I will post some pictures in about a week or so, when I get them.

Whee.

Regards,
Strider

No turn, my Keppler is turned so this time, I wanted a hat that was more like the Golden Idol scene. So I got that. No initials, either, forgot to ask for them.

Congrats, Strider!

***Gotta - fight - urge - to - order - an AB - right now... my girlfriend would have my head chopped off (at the very least) for shelling out money for a jacket and a hat the same month- on the other hand, that hat would probably look good just sitting on my neck :) ***

Oh, yeah, I am whipped... hmmm, which brings me to...

Cheers
