Webley spotted

Post by IndianaCollins »

I caught the new "flight of the Pheonix" yesterday, and spotted a webley. It's used by a nomad/smuggler/guy in the Gobi desert, and then later used by several members of the stranded passengers. Also, spotted what may be (or maybe wasnt, it was a dark scene) a hi-power or a 1911. anyway, from what i could tell, it didnt look like a contemperary frame. Maybe somebody else who saw this film can verify. Actually a somewhat decent adventure film. Not great, but entertaining...

Yes, I thought I saw what looked like a Webley too. I could not verify the other pistol.
Flight of the Phoenix is a good drama. It seems like a "gearhead" kind of flick. :D

BTW, this film is a re-make from the 1960's with Jimmy Stewart.

I also saw Ocean's 12, which was horrible! The plot was convoluted yet thin and very uninteresting.
Do not spend your hard earned cash on this.
