Amazingly, my jacket came a good week or two ahead of schedule! I ordered on the 4th and received it today -- amazing service, really. I'll have to remember to thank Peter by email later. Right now, I'm just enjoying wearing the jacket around, well, my house, outside, everywhere I can.
It seems to fit perfectly for now, but I'm still looking forward to it shrinking just slightly and conforming to my body as so many gearheads here have posted happens. It also seems to be very soft for what most people have said goatskin is like -- I'm loving it.
Anyways, I've got a few pictures for now, but hopefully I'll get some action and adventuring pictures later on.

Looks like a good fit! It also looks pretty dark which I like. Do you plan to distress it at all?I didn't find the shiny new jacket to my taste. I have however found that the goatskin can indeed distress very nicely with the acetone method, and I have been very happy with the results. Just be sure that you do it in a very well ventilated area as acetone has a horrible odor. The nice thing is that the odor will not linger at all on the jacket the next day.
Looks like a great fit to me Khasra and you can’t beat the timing. If you wear anything under it other than a thin shirt, you may wish it wouldn’t shrink too much. You have the overall length and back taper going and the sleeves will only look better in time when they start to form creases. I have a FS goatskin, and it didn’t take much time at all to start looking a lot like my lamb as far as drape, only more durable, and during the winter, I’m glad I did have a little extra room for a heavier shirt, sweatshirt, or thin sweater underneath, especially under the arms since the lamb is more of a summer weight anyway.
A very nice, rich looking jacket you have.

Heh, in my case I found this site BECAUSE I ordered a Wested. Or should I say that I wanted a new leather jacket, thought an Indiana Jones style would suit me and go with my hat, did a search and found Wested, ordered one.....then found this site.
Then I found out all about subtle variations AFTER I ordered mine. Happy with the choices though I did have to email them a few times to get the details down
