Webley at Dollar Store!!! UPDATED: PICS!!!
I was in the Dollar Store about a month ago and found, YES for a dollar, a toy pistol. It makes a really great Webley replica once you do the proper modifications. First off it is way to light, hey it's plastic and it was only a dollar ok. There are several ways to make this peice heavier, you could fill it with resin or some type of material. I just took stuff from the shop. I used an old ratchet set, used some metal sockets, little ones for the barrel, large one for the mag. This sounds crazy and I am sure some of are confused and thinking what is this but after that the painting starts, you need to take it apart, remove the grips and the two main parts you will paint silver, two coats, then two coats of black. The grips will be painted brown of your choice. Then use sand paper to distress the black off to reveal the silver behind, on the edges you know. Then coat that with a clear coat, then re-assemble. get it, got it good, LOL

I agree that the thing could make a pretty good S&W too, but I have a pretty decent toy gun that I actually got from MGM Studios at Disney World. It's obviously supposed to look like the Webley (really long barrel, and it breaks front), and it even came with a cheap brown flap holseter. This one was made from actual metal, with white plastic grips, and a bright orange plug in the barrel. I've never tried this, but I also believe that the gun is able to fire off caps.
