I am going to San Diego for the holidays - I want to go to Flightsuits to look for a expedition jacket. How are these jackets - has anyone had an issue with them? Just looking for some guidance.
I have been wearing my FS goat Expo since September and have had no problems with it. It looks great, fits perfectly, and is of the highest quality. It looks even better now that it is breaking in nicely. The sleeve creases and softer look to the jacket really gives it that rich look. I have had a Cooper (U.S. Wings) Vintage Cowhide jacket for many years. And while I loved that jacket, the Expo is on a much higher level. That's my personal experience with the jacket.
There are a ton of threads here with info Pro and Con for all the different vendors: Flightsuits, Wested, even USWings. Personally, I adore my Expo. But just do a search here in Jackets or start reading. You'll find all the information you require.
Try on every jacket they have hanging on the rack, even if you know what size you are looking for. Check the clearance or return rack. Be aware that they are not doing any alterations or custom work at this time.
