I think the mid-brown is the most oft ordered Indiana Jones colour - I've never seen the fawn so I don't know how that colour is, but I imagine it's lighter.

EDIT - Ah, Michaelson got in there before me; Quick off the drawer, as usual! :)

And the only Fed Deluxe color is listed as Loden, which is traditionally a dark green. Why no other colors in the Deluxe?

IndyAZ, I have an Akubra Cattleman in fawn. It's a fairly light brown. It's a nice colour but not even close to screen accurate for Indiana Jones. It would make a great alternative to the standard Indy look - if you believe in that sort of thing. Havana

I agree. For a change of pace (and those are always nice), the fawn is a very nice light tan. I had an Akubra in that color once, and it was a very nice addition to the stable. Still, if you're wanting an Indy color, the medium brown is the choice. They only made a couple colors, as the Federation series was only offered for a limited group, that being the nostalgia crowd, as well as us Indy folks, so they didn't want to put to much inventory on the shelves that they didn't KNOW would sell. For the Indy hat, the Med. brown is a very good color.

What happened to the carbon grey option? Is it gone for good? I certainly hope not!

I believe it disappeared last season(so not that long ago). I didn't hear it from them directly, but I think Farnham54 did, IIRC.

The Loden Fed Deluxe actually is a dark cocolate brown which looks very good and indyesque and nothing like dark green.

In Raiders, was the fedora Indy wears on the plane to Nepal dark green, or is it just the lighting? It looks green...

Well most people think that it's gray.
