Looking good! The Raiders look is really well captured in that jacket, which can be seen even though it's brand spanking...

I really like the Mick Jagger-gussets! What other specs did you request?

Congrats on an excellent garment! :D

Looks great Blizzard - it's an authentic brown goat, right? (Or is it in fact lambskin?). The underarm gussets (2-piece) look spot-on and the jacket seems to be a perfect fit.

The extra length in the arm will 'shrink' after some wear as the leather bunches up - I think you got the 'new' length exactly right, judging by your photograph.

Well done, and congratulations! Wear it well! :D

I'm sort of in the same situation. I received a call from the post office today saying a package was on its way tomorrow. They called because the package is missing my postal code.

Christmas is coming early for me as in the next few weeks, I'm expecting a Wested, Aldens, Batman cowl, Batman leg armor, a book I preordered, and maybe even my order from Lee Keppler.

The trick is to keep my window open so I can hear the truck pulling up and keep my dog by the door. If I don't hear the mailman, my dog will.

Hmmm, the certificate says it's a Raiders.

Blizzard, the jacket looks real sharp. Cowhide was probably a wise choice (compared to lamb) for your wintery weather. Although that would freak me out a bit if my postal workers were reading return labels and then going to the trouble to look the company up on the internet...it's different if they are part of customs, but sounds like it was the guy at the counter. Who knows, maybe he'll buy an Indy jacket.

All the certificates I've seen so far say that its a RAIDERS JACKET in big letters. It's on the final line of text that each movie is identified. Was your certificate for your LC different, Holly?

I'll have to dig that up...my jacket was mix of LC and RAiders.(no storm flap snaps, smaller collar, LC grail diary pocket, etc)

Every certificate I've ever seen from Wested has said 'Raiders' on the jacket line. I really wish (and suggested it when he began offering the COA) he'd change the type style. It's really hard to read... :( Regards. Michaelson

The current one IS difficult to read and makes it feel a little "less authentic" because it just looks plain cheesy. :?

I agree, it does look a little too......."squiggley", for lack of a better word. Don't know if it would cause him legal problems, but the movie logos from each film would look awesome.

Being an old graphic artist from WAY back (no remarks from the Stooges, thank you very much :? ), the only problem he has is the illustrator used all upper case lettering. It they had used just the upper case letter in the word, then all lower case for the remainder of the word, all would look perfect. That's how the old rubdown clipart was designed. This all caps script was not designed to be used in all upper case, and therefore makes it fairly difficult to read. That's all there is to it, and would be an easy 'fix'. Still, we're doing the old 'straining gnats, swallowing camels' routine, and should be thankful he's offering such a great laminated COA with each and every jacket. It's a great item to own, regardless of my nitpicking. You have one gorgous jacket there, my friend. Enjoy it to it's fullest! High regards. Michaelson

Nyuk nyuk nyuk! My goodness! Rubdown lettering! Wow, I haven't used that stuff in ages. I remember learning with that stuff and the days the typesetter would want to kill me when I told him the waxer ate the tiny strip of print I was trying to affix to my board. And now, all I have to do is open up my design and layout programs on the computer and what used to take hours to complete now only takes minutes! Artistically speaking, that is. :?
