Does anyone know if tax/duty applies when we order in Canada? How much? Thanks

It's roughly $100. Tax is a bit higher in Quebec, right? So you may be a lot closer to the hundred mark than I.

You paid 100$ for tax/duty in Toronto? (Federal tax 7% + Provincial tax in Quebec 7.5%) So, would it be approximately 60$ for the 400$ jacket (in Canadian dollars)?

There's other fees as well. If they shipped UPS, you'd be paying a lot more than a hundred. But the post office has smaller brokerage fees. I think it might actually be closer to around $80 when it's all added up.
And I guess I was wrong about the Quebec tax. It's only 0.5% lower than Ontario.

Dang. Might just be cheaper to throw a cow, lamb or goat over your shoulders and call it good!
